Universal extension for fixed headrests (old collections only)

This extension allows the use of car seat protectors with any type of fixed headrest of our previous collections of seat protectors (gray gances).

The security protectors of the new collection now adjust as much with removable and fixed headrests and thus do not require more extensions (black gances).
